New Goal

I have a new goal.

But first an explanation.

I don't think I can handle things about this house any more.

Like our inattentive landlord.

Or the one measly bathroom.

Or Logan living in the closet without any heat.

I actually really like this house.

But the bad is now outweighing the good.

It has to go.

Which leads me to my goal.

Find a house, not a duplex, to rent.

I want old, not new.

I want character, but can it be slightly energy efficient?

I guess that means old but renovated.

And while I'm dreaming, let it have a two car garage.

And a family room.

Ooh, and a basement!
