The Week I Almost Died
I don't think I can remember being this sick since I've been an adult. And poor Phoebe has it just as bad as me. Luckily even though Carter has it, it was only bad for the first two days. He seems to be weathering it much better than Phoebe and Me. Yesterday I had a fever of 103.2 two hours AFTER I took Tylenol. Today I am feeling a bit better, as is Phoebe. With this sickness, you never know though. You have days where you feel like you are on the mend and then WHAM you get sick the next day even worse than before. It's never-ending. So here we are feeling hopeful that this thing is on its way out the door.

ReplyDeleteI heard somewhere that the swine flu of 2009 has made a comeback this year. This flu sounds a lot like it, assuming that's what I had in 2009. I can attest that I felt like death, and it came and went, and it lasted for at least a week. Also, I don't remember ever being that sick. On the bright side, if it is the swine flu, you're now immune! Celebrate.
