Samantha Rae Misseldine

We're home!!! She was born March 11, weighing 9 lbs 1/2 ounce. I barely made it through labor which was really rough, but I did it without any drugs. I feel like the recovery has been so much better this time. This picture was right after Samantha was born. She is really swollen, and looks totally different now.




















Unfortunately she has been battling jaundice, and we had to stay a day longer in the hospital than I wanted too. We have had to take her to Sparrow's lab twice (yesterday and today) to have her blood drawn to check her levels, and so far they look good. Hopefully we can be done with this today since we have an appointment with the pediatrician this afternoon.

    I love little Samantha's yawn!!! So cute. Hopefully our trips to the hospital are over. Those heel lances look like they HURT!!!! Congratulations on a beautiful baby girl. You rock giving birth to that cute chunky girl!!!!

    Congratulations Alyson! You are an amazing woman in yet another way now! No drugs at all, wow! Glad that you're home and that you're recovery is going well. I can't wait to meet your little girl!

    Yea! I'm so glad she made it here safe & sound. She is adorable! & you are mother of the year for giving birth to a 9 lb. baby. I could never do that! I love the picture of her with Logan- so cute!

    Holy Crap! No drugs!? I look up to you! Especially with such a large baby. She is SSOOO adorable. Congrats and let us know if you need anything ok! Hope the jaundice goes away soon.
