So Long, Farewell!

Today is my last day with internet at home. We have moved everything out of the apartment except our computers which we saved for last. We wanted the internet until the very last possible moment. I am still going to have internet access, but it will be sporadic since I will have to walk down to Cooley to use theirs.

Farewell

Today was my parents' farewell. What an exciting time for them! They will be leaving this week. They will make some pretty awesome missionaries! This is our last family picture..although it is missing Trevor, Logan, and now Samantha. I love my family so much!! I wish I could be there with them right now.

Moving With a Baby is the PITS!

Hey all! The big day is tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. I am excited to have it all done. The good thing about packing it all away now is that we won't have to do this in August when we move it all back to Idaho.

We won't really need a whole lot of help because I sold everything on Craigslist! Now that is the way to move! Let others move it for you and pay you at the same time! Brilliant idea eh?

Husbands Say the Darndest Things

Last night we went for a bike ride to get out of the house. It was a lot of fun! Especially with my new "Lazy Boy" seat. I'm telling you, a comfortable seat makes all the difference on a bike. So back to my story...We ended up at a park swinging on the swings. Logan and I were swinging, and Trevor was pushing. I asked Trevor to give me an "under dog". Doesn't everyone know what an under dog is? Apparently he didn't know what that is because he gave me the strangest look, and said "you are one perverted sicko".

I started laughing of course, and then got off the swing and showed him how to give Logan an under dog. He was not impressed. Trevor sure was deprived of life not having grown up in the west. I mean, he calls crayons "crowns" and loves corn bread... CORN BREAD!

I'm TIRED!

We are all very tired already. Look at my tired eyes! YUCK!
Logan fell asleep on the stairs on his way to his bedroom to get his jammies! (cool shirt eh?)See, he doesn't even flinch when I take my picture with him!

MOVING!!!

Well, the time has finally come to get down to business....the business of MOVING! Man I hate this. We have moved way to much since Trevor and I have been married. This will be the sixth place in three and a half years. WAAAAAAAA!!!

So for anyone wondering if we need help, we had a good talk about things last night, and the answer is no. For the next few days we are going to go through stuff and organize it into what we are going to sell, what we are going to pack away for later use, and then the stuff we will use until we leave. Unfortunately it is something that only Trevor or I can do.

We will need help next Monday or Tuesday when we actually will move stuff over to the Koesters. I will let you know more details as it comes closer. Okay, gotta run! I've got packing to do!

Spring is HERE!

Today we joined a bunch of girls for lunch at the park. I just love going there. It was such a nice day. Finally we have nice weather! We had a lot of fun playing and chatting.


After we ate, the kids all wanted to take a walk down to the lake. The water was too tempting and the clothes didn't stay on for long.I have to throw in a picture of Samantha here. For some reason I didn't take any pictures of her at the park. She's a tad bit grumpy here...

TAXES!

So Trevor talked me into filing taxes this year. It was awfully confusing! Luckily Christie volunteered to help me out. It was WAY easier once she took over! She really knew what she was doing. I cried a couple times as she told me what our returns would be. You all know how tight money can be! I couldn't wipe the smile from my face for a few hours. I cried a little more when I got home too. Seriously, I am so excited to get our returns this year. Heavenly Father really blessed us. Even if the numbers are wrong and we end up getting way less than we thought we would, it doesn't matter. I wasn't even planning on filing, so any money we get will be AWESOME!

HOORAY FOR TAXES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Google Reader how you have failed me! I used to be able to keep up with all my friends blogs, and then one day when I needed you most, you just stopped working. It took me a few weeks to realize it, but after wondering why no one had updated their blogs for a while and actually typing in their addresses and seeing all the good things I have been missing over these past weeks, I can't help but feel betrayed by you!

Anyone have a good program they are using for this? I am fed up with mine!

I also just BEEFED up my blog security. I don't want to go private, I just want to moderate things that are said on here just in case someone STUPID finds my blog and leaves a dumb link. You know, one of those that you click on and it is a trojan.

Hormones

I have been wondering why, after all the work we women put into making a baby and carrying it inside and then birthing the dang thing, why does Heavenly Father also throw in the crazy hormones on top of it all? We do all the work after all, why not make a side effect of pregnancy for the men to get crazy hormones or something? It just makes no sense to me....

I have been feeling "crazy" lately. Really unbalanced. There is just no other way to describe it. I can't wait to feel like myself again.

Four Weeks Today!

We love our little Samantha! She's four weeks old today! WOW! Time sure does fly!

It's so hard to say goodbye....

I'm putting all my crafts away. Everything will soon be packed up, and I won't be saying "hello" to them again until September. That means we will soon be eating off the dining room table again!!
YIPPEE!!!

A Great Discovery

If you don't know this already, I AM A PICTURE ADDICT! I love pictures. I don't have a whole lot of myself as a child (being at the tale end of so many kids) so I feel even more of an urgency to get a lot of my own children.

I had some really awesome pictures taken of Logan at Kiddie Kandids before we moved out here, but I was really sad to find that there wasn't a Kiddie Kandids here. Fortunately Faith told me about Portrait Innovations, and I have to say I will never go back to Kiddie Kandids again if I can help it!

I took the kids today, and it totally ROCKED! It was WAY cheaper and I got so many more pictures for the price. You guys gotta check it out!
